Retained Search is a
service option that offers a dedicated
project team assigned to your search
until completion. Retained Search is
utilized at all levels when the need is
critical. Our replacement guarantee is
90 days. All recruited candidates are
exclusively for the client for 90 days.
General Terms and Conditions of retained
search are:
• 1/3 due upon signing contract
• 1/3 due upon presentation of short
list of candidates
• 1/3 due upon candidate acceptance
• Service charge is 30% of the
estimated first year's compensation
• Base salary, bonuses, commissions,
and stock options included
• Personality profiling
• Compensation survey
Priority Search is
utilized for positions that must be
filled quickly and require thorough,
professional search in the marketplace.
A project coordinator is assigned to the
client until the position is filled.
Replacement guarantee is for 60 days and
candidate exclusivity is guaranteed.
General Terms & Conditions of priority
search are:
• 1/3 due upon signing contract
• Service charge is 30% of the
estimated first year's compensation
including base salary,
bonuses, commissions, and other
incentives included
• Full payment of balance due within
five days of start date
Contingency Search is
generally used for ongoing openings that
are not urgent in nature. This option is
chosen when an urgent need does not
exist and the need for a specific
position is constant. Replacement
guarantee is 30 days. No exclusivity of
candidates is offered. General Terms and
conditions for contingency search are:
• 35% of estimated first year's
compensation including base salary.
• Full payment due within five days
of acceptance.
National Search is an
option that may be right for a company
needing to hire multiple candidates in a
specified period of time. We will
organize a National Project Team from
among the 1000 MRI offices so that we
can leverage our size and strength to
fill your openings with qualified
candidates quickly. Replacement
guarantee is 90 days. Terms and
conditions of project search are
negotiated on an ICB (Individual Case
Basis). National Search is always on a
Retained bases. MRI has many references
for this type of search activity. We
have been able to staff hundreds of
people in a few short months using this
practice.
